\n\u2022 Help Desk & Tech Support
\n\u2022 Intrusion Alarm
\n\u2022 Building Automation<\/p>\n

3. Client Responsibilities<\/h2>\n

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information necessary for the provision of services. Clients are responsible for:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Maintaining the confidentiality of their account and passwords.
\n\u2022 Notifying TechZone Networks immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.
\n\u2022 Complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of our services.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeInUp” css=”” text_direction=”default”]\n

4. Fees and Payments<\/h2>\n

\u2022 All fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
\n\u2022 Payments are due within 30 Days of receipt of the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.
\n\u2022 TechZone Networks reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.<\/p>\n

5. Termination of Services<\/h2>\n

TechZone Networks may terminate or suspend services at any time, without notice, if clients fail to comply with these Terms or if we believe that such action is necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others.<\/p>\n

6. Confidentiality<\/h2>\n

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation will survive the termination of the agreement.<\/p>\n

7. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechZone Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeInUp” css=”” text_direction=”default”]\n

8. Indemnification<\/h2>\n

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TechZone Networks, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with the client\u2019s use of our services or violation of these Terms.<\/p>\n

9. Modifications to Terms<\/h2>\n

TechZone Networks reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.<\/p>\n

10. Governing Law<\/h2>\n

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.<\/p>\n

11. Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in State of California, County of Los Angeles, and the arbitrator\u2019s decision shall be final and binding.<\/p>\n
