Super patient during the sales process, professional installation, good/fast customer service, good billing comms, a few "value add" configuration upgrades, and our first service was perfect (tech cleaned up beyond what most tradesman do these days).

We got our RO system put in yesterday. I was so tired of the waste of plastic bottles and the taste of our fridge water was gross. I am already loving the quality of the water so much and the staff have been super informative and professional!

We’ve had a BCS pure water filtration system for about a year now and have loved it and love the customer service. It was time to change the water filter and the technician that came out was so kind and explained everything he was doing. He even went above and beyond and showed us the total dissolved solids readings of our tapwater versus our filtered water before and after the filter change. I would recommend this company to anyone in the BCS area and surrounding areas as we live about 45 minutes outside of BCS!

We have the cold, ambient, hot water and ice machine installed along with an autofill Keurig coffee machine that we lease from them. Hands down the best experience for our staff and our customers. BCS Pure Water made the experience of installation so easy. We love our water/ice machine and the fact that we never have to fill a Keurig makes everything sanitary for our clients.Thanks, BCS Pure Water...we love it!

We have been with Pure Water for about 3 years now. We love the water so much we had a unit installed at our office as well. Any time I have an issue they are able to come out within a day or two to check everything. The tech is really nice and knowledgable. Had our filters replaced today and it only took about 15 minutes.
